The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015

The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 came into force on 6th April 2015 and replaced CDM 2007. The Regulations cover the legal requirements of the management of health, safety and welfare when carrying out construction projects.

The amendments from CDM 2007 to CDM 2015 are significant, and as a result, many more, smaller construction projects are now notifiable under CDM 2015.

The Regulations apply to all construction sites across Great Britain. This includes both domestic and non-domestic sites.

If your project is scheduled to last longer than 30 working days AND have more than 20 people working simultaneously at any point in the project OR if your project exceeds 500 person days, then the works become notifiable to the HSE (Health and Safety Executive) via an F10 form.

We offer the services of a principal designer to take control of the pre-construction phase of your project and ensure that all regulations are followed.
