Demolition of detached houses to make way for lower ground car park and 3 storey complex. Appointed to carry out structural monitoring works on a weekly basis including party wall related matters.

Demolition of existing hotel, replaced with new housing site.
Instructed to act by commercial client to ensure all safeguarding provisions were made to retain existing driveway and enable the business to be able to continue trading during the works.

Removal and demolition of existing building to make space for additional car park to commercial premises.
Appointed as agreed surveyor. Building owner failed to follow provisions set aside in award therefore caused damage. Made further addendum award to rectify damage and all costs were recovered from building owner.
